The EV Harley Foundation was born from the dream of four siblings to honor their parents’ legacy of supporting the physical and mental health of persons with disabilities, and individuals from disadvantaged and underserved communities. The programs offered will be of interest to the general public.
The Foundation seeks public and private grants to support the various programs.
